You have now archived messages using Outlook 2019.When using Outlook 2016, the “Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange” link is sometimes missing from Outlook when the EV Add-in is enabled. Once your account has completed synchronising in Outlook, you can check that the disk usage for your account has updated by logging in to Webmail. Select Ok to automatically archive messages for the selected folder and date-range. Select the folder that you want to archive, set a date range to archive messages for and select the data file location that the archived messages should be moved to. You can also use the auto-archiving features in Outlook by going to the File menu and selecting Tools, then selecting Clean Up Old Items. Your browser does not support the video tag. The messages will then be moved to the selected location and automatically removed from your IMAP mailbox on the LCN server.
