OK, you should only patch the FalloutNV.exe, NOT the launcher. I was able to activate them before, as far as I am concerned. exe file in the game folder (including the NVSE launcher) and they only work after I have placed a Steam executable in the folder. I have the 4GB Patcher installed, but I have clicked on every. The executable file that I mentioned is called 'Steam.exe', the file that you use to start the Steam application. I installed the game off of Steam, because it was on sale for a low price. IS this a Steam version of Fallout New Vegas you have installed?
